Shoka is currently undergoing calligraphy training with Tokyo Bunka Shodo as an instructor. These pieces showcase a selection of her work created in part of the program. She believed the way of shodo is eternal and keeping practice is the only way to improve.She thinks shodo calligraphy is the most effective way to focus on being in the moment and it is the best meditation.
